A fairly large B&Q shop selling a wide variety of items, including an outdoor garden centre. The staff here are very friendly and helpful. The shop offers a free 'click and collect' service with in-stock items usually available to collect within an hour. They have recently removed most of the tills here in favour of self-service tills. There are a couple of staff members nearby to offer assistance if required. The shop shares a large car park with the other shops in the retail park. There are around 10 disabled spaces located immediately opposite the shop entrance with a few other spaces dotted around the car park.

Overall, I would highly recommend this B&Q location to anyone looking for quality home improvement products and exceptional customer service. Have always been able to find what I need at this store. Never had any issues. There is a toilet at the back of the store, which is good because I shop with my kids and they always seem to need to go. staff are always helpful.
Why do you feel the need to have a camera videoing you at the till. I did not like that
Good place to go for last minute bits and pieces, sometimes difficult to find what you need as shelving in certain areas aren't kept tidy, this does come down to lazy customers not putting things back where they come from but also staff really should do a bit more to keep things in check. I would however recommend Cardiff store over Pontypridd as the selection is better.
Great store friendly and helpful staff. Has everything you'd expect and more. A good one stop shop for DIY and trade uses. They have a loyalty scheme which I don't know much more about than it exists. Good disabled access with wide zebra crossing out front to a lot of disabled parking spots. Child and family spaces to the side of the store and not such a great location. Close to town for those walking (although does have one busy road without crossing or lights) and as Sainsbury's is close also quite accessible via public transport.
