   Very convenient and well-located Tesco's and the staff are good although not the largest Tesco's. There's always the same homeless guy sitting outside but it seems to be a very common theme nowadays. Queues can sometimes be quite long; most of the tills are self-checkout.

   Always busy. Usually have a decent selection of produce but prices are more expensive on some things than a Tesco superstore. Just wish they would move the beggars that are usually sat outside. Need more that one till that has a staff member on it. Other than that I have no complaints

   I went around 8pm, and it was well stocked. There is a security guard and several other staff. The staff at the till was lovely. Good customer service. Even though it’s located in the centre of Coventry, The area outside can be a bit shady. Not many people out there.. so take Good care of yourself.

   The store always seems like it’s run out of some stock and a bit messy. It’s definitely convenient being in the middle of town. The queue is sometimes confusing because it just leads into the store/aisles and don’t know where it starts.

   Great little store, nice selection of foods. However it is let sadly down by it’s ridiculously long queues because it forces customers to use card only on ALL of its self service checkouts. Then you are rushed by the cashier, it’s not a nice & pleasant experience. It is very stressful indeed. I don’t understand why Tesco have chosen to make self serve machines card only when larger stores allow customers to pay cash. It’s simply bizarre & ridiculous, it just p**ses customers off who are in a rush that simply want to get in & get out of the store with no fuss. Either way it doesn’t matter how you pay for shopping cash or card, customers should not have to wait in long queues. Tesco need to take this feedback on board & change there self serve checkouts.

   I have been in this Tesco numerous times, never had any issues, just had the older male cashier shouting “Hey Princess!” Really loud in front of the whole shop, he did this 3/4 times and then when I did turn round he said, “you need to pay for that bag” The bag in question I had already scanned as I always do when shopping there, I’m just wondering if he does this to all of the customers? I’ve never had this before especially when I have been with other people. The security guard witnessed the whole thing and was quite embarrassing if I’m completely honest.

There's always the same homeless guy sitting outside but from my experience it seems to be a very common theme nowadays. Queues can sometimes be quite long; most of the tills are self-checkout.

   Accessible location and longer opening hours that allow you to get there a bit later in the day. Quite a small shop however, and despite having a variety of products, lack some basic items. For example, I was told that they do not sell fresh garlic there which surprised me. Prices are decent with a clubcard, can be a bit expensive without one. Staff are nice but lack knowledge or customer service skills. Was unable to apply for a clubcard online and they kept insisting I just go online, even when I said I was unable to. Queues are usually a bit long but that’s usually due to people refusing to use the self checkout for some reason. Self checkout is very small but works well for a few items.

   This is a good little Tesco. The shop is usually well stocked with a decent amount of choice. The prices of the products are also very good for a student on a budget. The aisles are very small, so is hard to get around at busy times. I have found that often, the queues are long, but not all the sills are in use, so be ready for a wait in a cramped queue.
