   I strongly advise against buying baked goods like croissants and other loose items from this Tesco store. They do not provide tongs, which means people often use their hands—raising serious hygiene concerns. Instead of addressing this issue properly, the staff and manager suggested using the paper bags as makeshift tongs, which not only feels impractical but also leads to unnecessary paper waste, making it an environmentally unfriendly solution. To make things worse, when we were simply trying to understand the situation, the manager rudely told us not to touch the items with our hands and insisted we use paper bags. When we pointed out that her tone was rude, she doubled down and told us to leave the store instead of handling the matter professionally. This kind of customer service is unacceptable, and Tesco seriously needs to improve both its hygiene practices and staff training. Providing tongs should be a basic standard, and treating customers with respect should be non-negotiable.

   Two rude assistants working in that place. One old white lady with black hair and another one also old white lady with blonde hair. Always very cold expressions on their face and always seem to be working together. I can’t stand going in the morning and seeing those two on shift. Always rolling their eyes or screwing up their faces. Very bad image for Tesco
