Went here by chance when my usual shop was closed. Wont go anywhere else now. The owner took his time and showed me what products were best for me. He even explained the science behind it. Outstanding customer service. I pre-order, product is ready, have a quick chat and off i go. Keep up the good work papa vapes
Went to Papa Vape to see if they had Xlim coils, said they are open til 6.30 but the shop was in darkness with the doors locked at 5.45. The window was open and the open sign was outside, so I tried calling twice, no answer but I ended up being charged 50p a time just to get the answer machine. We decided to go back after going to the co-op and the door was open, went in and asked the guy about the coils and he looked confused, showed him the vape and he said they donβt have them. Really surprised they donβt stock coils for one of the most popular pod systems at the moment. Overall, not a great experience and wouldnβt recommend this shop.
Very poor communication from this company. I have been waiting for a order to arrive from 23rd Nov, I have contacted the company via email, live chat and phone call as well as Facebook messenger and not 1 reply. I understand delays with the royal mail strikes, but this is beyond a joke. I'm absolutely fuming. I want my money back!
Been using this shop for Over 1 year now for all my vaping needs. Itβs an Excellent place to gain knowledge and impartial opinion on products and brands. Great customer service and always addresses customers needs. Definitely a 5* establishment and definitely a 100% above board shop and service. These guys are clearly doing things right and giving competitors a run for there money. A defo must visit shop for sure!
Always greeted with a welcome smile from Keith who is very helpful, and always has good advice. Nothing but good customer service. I don't vape personally but I take my guy here for his oils etc! 5/5 guys! Keep up the good work!
Top service, super friendly and knows what he's talking about explaining everything that I wanted to know in a friendly manner also papa vapes let's you try before you buy so I'll definitely be heading back to pick up my e juice. Thanks for the top service papa vape five stars!
Best vape shop ive been too! Manager is very friendly and knowledgeable, sat me down talked me through my vape kit as i had no idea how to use it. I got to try different flavours before i bought, and any vaper can tell you it is important to know what you're buying as some flavours just arent what you quite expect! Definitely going to be going back!
Awesome place with some premium brands and stock. The professional advice I got was great for what I was after. I'll definitely be making this my place of choice to go to for vaping! ... Looking forward to the opening of the lounge area too!
