The products from here are first rate. I purchased a mat and it's brilliant. I had some trouble with delivery due to the delivery company used however I eventually filled out the online form on the easy paws website and they contact me. They were struggling themselves with people absent from COVID however working late into the night I was receiving emails with updates and apologies. I have to say this level of service will absolutely make me shop with them again.
