Always on their phone whilst serving you. Or speaking non English when serving you. Very rude! Never get a friendly smile, customer service is poor and you never get a hello, or goodbye. Very poor attitude. Several items on shelves, covered in dust too. Cleanliness of shop is good but parts Very dusty! I'd avoid going here.

Hmmh not good. Yesterday (23.12.22.) I purchased 6 bottles of wine. When he rang them in the till he actually charged me for 7! I questioned it immediately and it seemed he tried to make out he didnt quite fully understand what I was saying to him (without me being racist in anyway whatsoever) it seemed to be the typical language barrier card being played sometimes (only in my experience although I could be wrong, so please don't judge me). But the receipt clearly showed 7 bottles and I only had 6 in my basket. I paid with my credit card. But when I finally convinced him he had charged me for an extra bottle that I had not had he refunded me with cash! Eventhough he did refund me in a different way from how I paid for it, it didn't stop there. After the debacle I went to put my bottles back in my carrier bag and he said no that one im having back! I said no! That is the one you've charged me twice for even though Ive had just the one. So he conceded and let me rightfully place it in my carrier bag and I bewilderingly walked away in a state of disarray. So a word of warning, this manager might try to add on an extra item or two to your basket that you haven't got in your basket. So please be wary if you do decide to shop in this shop. Great local shop, very friendly staff
Took advantage of covid-19 by changing the price of soap when I reached the till
Great store but needs to add essentials eg eggs, potatoes, etc. Also, there is NO social distancing measures in place which is quite dangerous atm. There should be 2-3 people at a time max, and tape markings 2 metres apart for safety. Also the opening times are not updated on Google.
Friendly staff & good product selection however some of the things I buy are cheaper at the Nisa 2 shops down.
