   One of the worst one stops you can go to , staff are always looking moody and muttering things under their breath. Personal hygiene is gone for the older staff. Morning staff are some of the worst you’ll ever meet Especially the skinny guy with glasses never says please or thanks you. If there not in a group laughing and giggling there hiding in the back and you’re looking around to be served. Avoid avoid avoid blacklisted unless you wanna leave feeling disrespected , better service in the Earlsdon branch even the Willenhall one Makes you feel welcome . Needs a complete revamp of staff .

   My review is relating to the service they provide for Evri. They are inconsistent with what and from who they will take parcels. To add to the insult of them refusing to take your parcel they watch you struggle to get a label printed which is on the other side of the store to where their till point is. Then they have a smirk on their face while they advise you they can’t take your parcel or that the printer is out of order. They have no empathy and if they can’t fulfil The service they are sub contracted to then they consider if this something they should be doing. This has happened 4 times in the last 5 months!

   My local shop and a huge asset to the community. I use it regularly. Staff are friendly and helpful with always a friendly word to make you welcome. Sue served me today she was great.

   A new store that opened recently with variety of fresh items and great prices. There are a great range of wines, beer, spirits and whisky. I enjoyed farm fresh tomatoes and leeks.

   I have to be fair, ordinarily the people here are great. I’m a regular shopper here. I came in at bang-on 9pm just to pick up a box of 12 Coronas, which are situated right by the door. Admittedly, my timing wasn’t great. Surprisingly, I got greeted with a computer-says-no attitude from the shift manager who spent more time arguing with me that they were closing than it would have taken to ring through my one item. Shame. They’ve let themselves down on this occasion, hence the 3 stars. Service here is normally top-notch.
