    Great place for fuel but decided to go to the food area to order a coffee. There were two staff members who were more interested in talking to each other. I was the only person in the queue and after about 4 minutes decided to leave as their conversation appeared more important than serving me

    Never enough staff - queuing in shop all the time even during the covid peak - no gloves at the pumps - no sanitiser in the dispenser - the franchise owners clearly rely on the brand and location to keep bringing in the footfall and don’t care if the customer experience is good or indifferent …as long as the £ keeps rolling in and the bottom line shows a bigger + than expected

    Great place to shop usually aisles are filled with good selection of food and drinks. Like the bread selections.

    Just had americano coffee and Steak Slice. The coffee was quite bitter, but palatable. The Steak Slice was awful, not sure what the pastry was supposed to be! The filling was gristle and gravy, no way could you call it Steak!! Won't be buying that again, best go to Gregg's for a Steak Bake, (I think it's called)!!
