    Very bad experience, I took a 4 bottles of beer that are in the carbord. The carbord was taped, ladies and gentlemen, now when i was holding it, in the middle of the store broke! They charged me for it and said why I don't use a basket! Are you serious, if you go buy a bread or a butter you need to take the basket? Very bad!!!! Very bad management!!!! Disappointed of this shop in many words! It was 4 bottles of beer, 4 BOTTLES! If anyone can know how dangerous it is, if they brake in the middle of the sore!!!! THE BITS OF GLASS CAN SPREAD EVERYWHERE!!! CAN HURT PEOPLE AROUND!!!!! It is not me being charged for, but for their poor responsibility OF THE PEOPLE THAT GO THERE AND BUY EVERY DAY!!!!! WHAT CAN HAPPEN TO THAT PEOPLE!!!!!!! WAKE UP! DONT THINK ABOUT THE PROFFIT, THINK ABOUT THE PEOPLE NISSA!!!!

    First time I went this shop and I forget to take my £5 change. I didn’t hear the women at the counter call me back until someone else in the shop called me back. I was apologised as I was still tired after working all week. The women at the counter just gave me a dirty look and looked angry. To make things worse I was then told as I walked out the shop she was talking about me to the other costumers. Extremely disrespectful and horrible. People like this are disgusting I hope she learns how to talk and treat people.

    Tried overcharging me for products on offer. Wouldn’t believe me it was adding full price. Scanned it on another til which showed full price. Two members of staff thought they were right and didn’t even offer an apology when proved wrong. Definitely need to check your receipt when you shop here
