   I am extremely dissatisfied with the poor customer service I've received. For the past five days, I have been calling and visiting the shop daily, but the manager or owner has never been available to have a proper conversation with me. They have not provided any information on when the Yodel machine will be fixed, and they've even hung up on me during our calls. I simply want to know when the machine will be repaired, as I am going on holiday soon. The staff have been rude and unhelpful, except for one lady who took the time to explain the issue to me. Overall, my experience has been very frustrating. So I would give no star!

   This shop is very local and l use it all the time, lt's reasonably priced, and has a good variety of food, staff are great and are willing to help any time. It would be a bit difficult to use a wheelchair inside, because of small aisles,even though the entrance is on the ground floor. Parking is on the main road and usually is easy to find a space.

   The store is listed on eBay as being a collection point for eBay parcels, so I requested my parcels be delivered there. Royal Mail confirmed that my items were being returned to the senders, as the store did not accept them. I rang to ask the store about what was going on, and they said that they aren't yet a collection point. Why is the store currently listed on eBay as a collection point if it isn't actually a collection point?
