   Don’t go! I was standing in the queue patiently waiting for my time - a man rudely went in front of me and rather than the assistant stop him and ask him to wait for his turn, she got his order as usual. I had heavy stuff on me and was completely ignored. I’ve put all the staff back and I would highly recommend to avoid this place as they clearly don’t respect the public who are bringing them the money. Would give 0 star if I could!

   I like this store - it's very convenient and has a very wide range of items. I would just say to add up the prices of items in your basket, as the clerks on the till have overcharged me multiple times in the past - I'd like to think it's not malicious.

   I’ve been a very regular customer here for a long time, but I’m extremely disappointed with how they’ve handled a serious issue. A few months ago, I received a parking ticket for using their parking space. When I contacted them, they assured me the ticket would be cancelled. Later on, I received another ticket for the same incident, and again they promised to cancel it. Now, I’ve received yet another ticket for the exact same issue. This is beyond frustrating. They keep making promises but clearly can’t keep them. It’s unfair to loyal customers like me to face such repeated problems. Why would anyone shop somewhere only to be hit with parking tickets afterwards? This is not how you treat regular customers. Very disappointing experience.

   4 Seasons Food Store is proper sound! Loads of choice with fresh fruit, veggies, halal meats, and all sorts of international goodies you won’t find elsewhere. Staff are friendly and always happy to help. Prices are fair and the place is well-kept. Perfect if you’re after quality food or something a bit different – dead good spot in Cardiff!

   Came for herbs, left with a bag full of other things! Brilliant store on City Road selling loads of Middle Eastern/north African/Asian products. The best place to get herbs/seasoning etc. Large bunches of fresh mint, parsley and coriander for £1.19 each! Will definitely continue to pop in here in future.

   Nice shop with lots of things to offer. Only let down was they sell custard and desserts in their bakery section but don't provide spoons with it and expect you to buy a multipack? It is bizarre
