   Worst staff I’ve dealt with being completely honest, extremely moody, old staff were much better. Hopefully they can fix this as I’m used to going to this shop for my shopping since last year.

   Theifs !!! After a long day of exploring cardiff. I went into this store to get some drinks and snacks to take back to the hotel. The lady at the till made me tap my card twice! When I questioned her she said the first payement didnt go through. Cool I believed her. Before leaving the shop I checked my online banking to make sure! And two separate payments went out. I questioned her again and showed her my online banking. She immediately got defensive and said no no I dont know, i don't know. Going back and forth few times not getting anywhere. The owner walks in and I explain to him what had happened and again show him my online banking. He also looks and his system and says my system shows nothing. He then goes on to say he will look at his accounts the next day and give me a call if it's been revcieved. I leave my number and walk out the shop without any fuss. 5days on and I still haven't recieved a phone call. I called the bank who have confirmed 2 payments have gone through to the same shop. Including the one they stated was not on the system. Now this means only one thing. These people steal and are terrible busines owners. Horrible customer service they ruined my whole trip!

   I have been coming to this supermarket for years now. It's always packed with really interesting food. There are smarter looking versions of the same type of supermarket that have opened up nearby but to be honest i still come here as there are are always staff willing to advise me on specific products and brands. Whilst mainstream supermarkets sell items such as pomegranate molasses, tamarind, sesame oil, tahini, fresh herbs etc. in small quantities at a hugely inflated price you can come here and find far better quality and value for money. I have no understanding as to why anyone would suggest the staff at the tills are rude I have always been treated courteously with a smile.

   Your shop has changed a lot since the past 3 years. Your meat and chicken smells bad. Your staff ladies are rude. I will never come back here again. Now there’s a lot of better shops next to your shop. Clean shops and sells fresh meat not like your meat.

   Honestly zero star what they should get I mean come on you are in a street full of similar competitors you should do better 1) very very very extremely rude staff in there. 2) I bought beef meat to be surprised at home it has toooooo much fat in it. 3) some of the prices are double compared to other stores. 4) very narrow and very crowded ( mainly because of the rude staff in every inch of the store) 5) for unknown reason most of the fruits they don’t write the prices on them. 6) some price tags are not true I will never ever step there again, too many shops the same products and lower prices with better staff behaviour
