Is for HGV drivers, the entrance is tight but plenty of room to spin around. This place has smoking shelter plus toilets and rest room with microwave and hot water
Absolute joke of a place , ordered 2 x sets of bedroom furniture through b&q everything came separately except one wardrobe which to date still hasn't arrived and is now a week late from their own delivery dates , got a phone call saying apparently it was damaged in transit (why it took so long for them to come up with this bs excuse) so they will send another one which will take even longer till it finally arrives, no apology from person on the phone or resolution like next day delivery at their cost as a form of apology . Will wait to see if this one will actually arrive. AVOID AT ALL COST
trying to return anything is a nightmare, automated email after email. in the hope you will just give up. you explain time after time what the problem is. The problem is them.
Absolutely disastrous! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. SPENT 8hrs trying to figure out how to build this ottoman bed. The instructions are horrible - there no videos as guidance. Please stay far away from them.
Absolutely the worst product I have ever purchased, 1 dark grey ottoman. There were missing parts and the lid did not fit correctly. I contacted The Range who said it was nothing to do with them. LASSIC LTD sells it shoddy products through many outlets. Make sure you do not buy anything through this 3rd party seller. As it is impossible to get a refund. The Range have also since we complained removed all the negative reviews regarding this product from their website.
Ordered through TheRange and item recieved was damaged beyond use (shattered glass). Contacted Lassic asking for replacement piece of glass or an exchange with no reply. I'm now stuck with an item that i cannot use.
Bought the bed from the Amazon site, and found that there were screws and bolts missing. Contacted Lassic on numerous occasions but no response, so had to find the missing screws and bolts from the eBay. Will not use Lassic products any more, or recommend to anyone.
Really shoddy shoe cabinet purchased through Groupon from this company. The pull out shoe storage keeps collapsing. I have fixed it 6 times so far. I decided to contact the company, who didn’t read my email properly. They said as it was faulty on delivery I should have contacted them then and that there is nothing they can do now.. I didn’t say it was faulty on delivery, I said it kept falling apart! Do not buy, this cabinet is not fit for purpose and customer services are really unhelpful!
Awful products and absolutely no customer service whatsoever. A pack that was entirely mislabelled, with missing parts and no interest from them whatsoever and had no interest in helping supply missing hinges/screws that mean we can'tfinish putting it together. Lassic has been a brilliant waste of my time and money. I will not give them another penny.
I don't know the quality of products. But the have nice cantina for drivers and clean facilities which is nice. Friendly staff
