   Shopped around and got quotes from a dozen or so carpet places for the same carpet and measurements. Quotes had upto £800-900 difference. Best price was given by Aslams (Thornton rd) Once carpet arrived they also held onto it for us,almost 2 weeks,as our painting was not yet complete. Fitters came and did their bit. Again could not fault them. Really pleased with Aslams all round service. Returned again week later to get our kitchen vinyl sorted. Once again best priced and managed to fit the same day. Competitors were not happy and one even went as far as calling Aslams mugs for having offered the best quote. Sour grapes in all walks of life i guess. Would highly recommend.

   Very bad service. Products of not good quality either. They promised something else and deliver something else. Non responsive when asked for refund. Certainly not a reliable retailer. Please don’t buy from them.

   Shocking service. Had to cancel the order, was promised to get the refund and after a month - still nothing. Had to chase them up through calls, messages just to get a response that they dont deal with refunds - there’s a specific person for that on Whatsapp. Person on whatsapp is not responsive. One star is too good for them. Avoid them.

   Avoid at all costs! This place should be forced to stop trading. After reading the mixed reviews on here I stupidly decided to give them a chance and ordered a sofa. After making payment I had no contact and had to chase delivery 3 times. After 3 calls and 2 no shows I asked for a refund. I've now had to chase the refund twice and been given more false promises. I'm going to have to give up on this as a bad job and get onto my c.card company to see if they can sort it out. SHOCKING! SHOCKING! SHOCKING!

   Was recommended to purchase beds from here. Ordered 2 beds & a mattress owner was very helpful. Received my order on the date agreed with a call before hand to let me know they are on the way. Delivery drivers assembled both beds with care. Both lads were so nice and respectful. They cleaned up after took the rubbish out. Beds are very good quality so was the mattress. My experience was good I recommend these guys. Thank you for your quality service.
