   We've visited this busy Coop store on a few occasions, there are times when one can purchase a right bargain and others times when the store seem empty depending on day. However the store itself if clean and spacious being busy. The cash machine located outside the store can do with a refurbishment or clean. There is very few staff around to assist at tills and self checkout, and those that are such as the security personnel, make customers feel intimated even when being genuinely purchasing products(visit often to purchase food). They stand close-by and watch, it just makes one feel unwelcome, specially when being with the wife and kids, I'm sure thats not what the store manager and the company itself want.

   When deals appear on the label, they almost never come up on the self service machines, so you have to cancel your items and go the the till to start again and ask to have the correct price. There are rarely people on the tills, so most of the time you give in and pay. Even when they check the label and confirm the price is wrong, weeks go by and the price remains wrong on the tills, overcharging people or wasting everyone's time. When there are herbs available, around 2/3rds have mould or are wet brown mulch, I assume because of improper storage.

   Staff memeber had been extremely rude and arrogant. Refused service as I enter with my service dog. Never had been a problem in the past. Small Asian lady that I recommend should educate herself on the law.

   Good location, cash machine right outside the store. The store is not stocked too well. Staff is shocking, rude and useless. Always gotta wait for the person to serve you, if using self check out and there is a need to approve your age, you have to wait for someone to approve it (personal best 5 minutes). The security is present, however the beggars outside of a shop are a massive turn off. Customer service needs a massive improvement and security needs to start acting on intrusive beggars.

   Bakery and hot food is constantly un-stocked not matter the time of day so the usual excuse of it selling earlier can’t be used here. Staff ignore you on self-serve when items need approval and store closes two hours before advertised signs on the window. No wonder the spar down the road is doing better.

   Certain staff need to re evaluate their attitude. On multiple occasions both myself and my partner have been in there and a certain staff member has been disgusting! I have had eyes rolled at me, sighed at and made to feel like a problem just for needing assistance. I have worked in customer service myself and can empathise with the pressure and stress that can be put on you, but that should in no way be passed on to the customer. Extremely disappointed and feeling upset when I left.

   Good sortiment for such a small store, although they often lack bakery and packed lunches/meal deals. The place feels open compared to the other cramped co-op stores I've been in. I have another co-op closer to me, but prefer this one since it's cleaner and have self check-out tills. I don't understand why people complain about their opening hours though, it's never been a problem to me and 21:00 is plenty late to close imo.

   I live 2 mins away. Only time they open a til for you is when the security guard is there. Or else you have to “bother” the staff to join you at the till. 9 times out of 10 nobody on the till. Garin has an attitude and clearly doesn’t enjoy serving customers. Garin has insisted that I ask him politely even though he walked passed me as I was at the til Thanks Garin I suggest you go on a course to learn how how to be a good Coop employee
