   For reference, Dams International supplies office chairs to Costco, which makes this situation even more concerning. The left armrest on my £299 chair failed while it was still under warranty and was acknowledged at the time. A replacment was sent. Now, just six months later and only outside the warranty period, the right armrest has failed in exactly the same area. This is not coincidental and cannot reasonably be described as normal wear and tear. Two identical failures, in the same location, strongly indicate a design or manufacturing weakness rather than misuse. Refusing to replace the part, or even allow me to purchase a replacement solely because I am an end user, is unacceptable. It leaves me with an otherwise serviceable chair that is effectively unusable due to a obvious weak point. Your response demonstrates a lack of accountability and a very poor approach to customer support. I would expect a company supplying major retailers to stand behind the durability of its products and offer a reasonable resolution in cases like this. This is appalling service, and it reflects extremely poorly on your company, particularly given your association with a major retailer like Costco. I am formally requesting that you reconsider your position and provide a reasonable remedy. If you continue to refuse, I will escalate this matter and ensure that my experience is documented and shared through the appropriate consumer and retail channels. You may consider this your opportunity to correct what is currently a very poor handling of a legitimate complaint.

   I visited Costco today planning to shop, but first wanted to grab a quick bite in the food court. The staff didn’t let me in, saying they had to control how many people were inside. It really spoiled my mood — I was tired and hungry after a long day, and instead of enjoying my visit, I just bought the basics and left quickly. Very disappointing experience, especially from Costco, where I usually expect better customer care.

   Based in a popular retail park just across from the Cardiff city football stadium, with a huge free parking lot next to it. This is a great Costco, never had any issues here, it's always nice and clean. Lots of in-store deals, and always seems to be plenty of tasters available in all the different aisles to tempt you into buying something you didn't come in for. Their in-store hot food is fantastic and so is the "fast food" after the tills, just be prepared to queue as it's always moving slow for their popular food after the tills. Would advise visiting the food court before doing your shopping as it tends to get very busy.
