   Do NOT be fooled by the beautiful pictures of beds. A horrendous and expensive company to do business with. Ordered 2 beds, 1 arrived in the wrong colour which we agreed to keep for a partial refund. I paid £500 extra to have socket and switch cut outs done. They sent me glossy images of their previous work and I presumed mine would look the same. As you can clearly see from my pictures, they do not! Sockets were falling off on one and fitted the wrong way on the other bed. They initially said they would help rectify the issue and did a partial botch job fix and are now ignoring all emails. It is not possible to call them either. Be warned - do not order from them as they do not deliver what they promise.

   Best company! Amazing service, thought there was an issue with the bed, they drove 3 hours to my house, to find I was just installing it incorrectly! The guy was super helpful & friendly regardless. Am so pleased with the bed. 100% recommend!

   The WORST company! Do NOT buy off them. I received an incomplete bed plus a dirty/ ripped mattress. I have rang them, emailed them & I am getting nowhere! 2 months on and still no bed and it’s cost over £2500. I have already started legal proceedings.

   I didn't feel there is any customer service. I wanted them to organise with their courier to take an old base downstairs and put it in our garage. My Husband is 72 and I have had a big operation and cannot lift. We were prepared to pay and they were just not interested. Will not be ordering from them
