   Purchased a shower screen ready for my new bathroom installation. Fitter opened it yesterday to find it's damaged. Basically 1 of the plastic hinges is snapped, it hasn't been out of the box!! I contacted to arrange an exchange, they refused & said to contact them next Monday. Advised that my fitter will have left site therefore will need to purchase elsewhere and return the faulty goods to them. They stated that they "don't accept returns or exchanges & all goods are sold at cheap prices as seen". (not stated in any advert or in their shop)..When I stated it's faulty goods, consumer rights etc they accused me of damaging it.......Will be referring to trading standards as clearly this trader buys up faulty goods and sells on to unsuspecting customers! If you're using this company check absolutely everything before you purchase (open all boxes) or buy another from a reputable trader!! Avoid this trader poor quality goods and zero customer service skills.

   This is an amazing place, the gentleman is very helpful and friendly, it has all sorts of goodies but a fantastic selection of garden furniture, I have purchased garden furniture for the front garden, side and back patio area all at an amazing price, plus bits of furniture for porch and hallway. FREE same day delivery, really worth a visit. The gentleman can’t help you enough. Thank you x

   Great range of quality furniture and the staff are lovely. I bought some dumbells which were like new and a really good price. It's on the third floor so some stairs to go up to get there but it's worth it. I'll be going back to see what bargains I can pick up
