I have recently ordered a Boston Sofa Bed and this was delivered today. The whole experience, from start to finish, has been excellent. Michael had gone above and beyond to help with everything during the manufacture of the Sofa Bed and Gary, who delivered the finished product, was helpful and efficient. The quality of the Sofa Bed is excellent and my Wife and I are delighted. We will be placing another order for a 2 Seater Sofa Bed soon. We ordered a Kingston 3 seat click-clack in the latest blue fabric (xmas 2024) for our narrowboat. We were offered a choice of (free) delivery dates to suit us, and opted to pay the extra £20 for the Sofabed Barn guys to install and assemble. Squeezing it into the boat was accomplished easily, despite the narrow, twisty access. Installation took all of about 20 mins. The bed is super stable, despite being lighter than you might expect. It looks great and is really comfy as a sofa and as a bed. We’re really pleased with the price, the service, the looks and the comfort!
The customer service here is fantastic. Great bunch of people , making fantastic sofa's for everybody to enjoy . You can check out all the sofa's and various other items at there manufacturing site in Bradford. Via an appointment, which is usually just a friendly phone call a day before. Really fantastic quality sofa beds . Please pay them a visit before buying from somewhere else . You won't be disappointed.
We purchased a sofa bed for our narrowboat and received excellent service, we found out they also do cushion covers made to measure so got a quote and had them made. Great quality and a perfect fit, thank you to Steve and the team we eventually got there and it was worth the wait.
I bought a sofa bed from sofa barn and the quality is fantasticThe material is nice quality and the build is very sturdy. It's not like the run of the mill sofa bed that will last for a couple of years this will last forever.The communication was great and a quick delivery.
Fantastic company and product. We ordered the Aylesbury sofa in Galloway red. The fabric was no longer available on the website but I'd seen on Facebook by another customer and enquired about it. It was no problem to order it. From payment to delivery it was 4 weeks in total. I also ordered extra fabric to make more cushions and curtains. My husband tiled around the wood burner with matching tiles and grout. After only a month of having it I accidentally locked my cat in the garden office overnight and she peed on the sofa. After many attempts to clean it I couldn't remove the stain and faint smell so I ordered a new mattress which came within 2 weeks. The old one now lives outside and serves as our day bed in a new weatherproof cover. We have two very comfy places to lie now. I've use it over night a few times and it makes a good bed too. The fabric is robust and too thick for a standard machine needle so I made everything by hand. Thanks Michael, I love the sofa bed.
