I attended the skating session in Leicester at 4:15pm on 19 December and it was hugely disappointing and genuinely unsafe. There were far too many people on the rink β€” easily at least 50% more than should have been allowed. I’m not an expert skater, but I can usually skate independently. But there was no space to move at all. Every time you managed a few seconds of skating, it backed up immediately when you tried to slow down, forcing people to cling to the edges just to avoid collisions. The overcrowding made it impossible to enjoy the experience and raised serious safety concerns, especially given the cost. To make matters worse, there were people using the seal skating aids speeding around and weaving between skaters, which was completely unacceptable in such a packed space. This experience was not worth the money, and the lack of crowd control was shocking. Before even considering enjoyment, the safety implications alone mean I would strongly advise people not to go and not to waste their time or money.

The Ice Ring was amazing and I recommend it to anyone, but are time was cut short due too a blackout on the 6/12 at the 5.30 session. I understand that these circumstances happen but Id like a refund or arrange for another session to be booked. The support email also is not working

A Festive Delight for Couples! We visited the Jubilee Square Ice Skating rink in Leicester during the Christmas season and had a blast! The rink is beautifully decorated with twinkling lights and festive decorations, creating a magical atmosphere. As a couple, we really enjoyed the romantic ambiance and the opportunity to spend some quality time together on the ice. The rink is spacious enough to avoid crowds, and the music was festive and upbeat. We found the staff to be friendly and helpful, and they were always on hand to assist with anything we needed. The rental skates were clean and comfortable, and we didn't have any issues with them. Overall, we had a wonderful experience at the Jubilee Square Ice Skating rink. It's a great place to go for a fun and festive outing with your partner. We highly recommend it! Tips for couples: * Dress in layers, as it can get cold on the ice. * Don't forget to bring your own gloves and socks. * Book your tickets in advance, especially during peak season. * Most importantly, have fun and enjoy the experience!

Ice skating was fun, although over crowded which causes issues. Example if you book for 1400, you’re looking at struggling to be through the door and on the ice by quarter past/twenty past, only leaving around 25 minutes of skating, then about another 15 minute queue to get your stuff back to leave.

Very festive square. Love the Farris wheel , turned out to be pretty pricey - Β£19 for 2 adults and a child fare - lasted around 15 minutes. The ice skating was also around Β£33 for the same as the above. Was meant to be 1 hour of ice skating, but they the time you get your skates (after queuing) and get onto the ice, you are then ushered off after around 35 mins on the ice, to queue and return your skates once again. The DJ was fantastic in the ice rink. TOP 90’s and early 2000 tunes all evening. Would’ve stayed longer just for those throwbacks - BUT songs had a lot of swearing which wasn’t suitable for the 5 year old we had with us really. The town can we rowdy around 8/9pm with pub and club goers queuing up too.

Went on the big wheel here. The staff weren't very helpful. We are family of four- 2x adults & 2x children because we had a wheelchair they wanted to separate us even though they have a wheelchair carriage. We had to take our grandaughter out of her wheelchair to all ride together. We have been on the big wheel before on Abbey park & we could all sit together in the wheelchair carriage. This was with Billy Bates funfair - the staff at Billy Bates are all professional, helpful & very well trained.
