   Bad customer service and rude staff. I am buying groceries from this shop since one year. Shop does look old and look like they running this business from long. I put down my heavy shopping bag on the floor and continued my shopping, one of the staff (Tiny little guy with big eyes) rudely told me what should I do and what should I don't do in his shop. The way he was speaking was completely impolite and bad mannered. Even if someone did something wrong that should not be the way of telling your customers or anyone in your premises. I don't understand, does that staff treats everyone in his shop like that or based on color of a person? Pathetic!

You can find Fresh and frozened food item Frozened fishe are also available at a reasonable price(please don't convert the price from Pounds to Indin Rupees) The items you can find here . Rice, . All Indian Curry powder and spices . vermicelli . Indian payasam mix . Jagri . All Indian food ingredients and easy cook materials like . Rice powder(Puttu podi, . palappam mix . Idli Dosa mix .    absolutely fantastic store, great selection of everything from frozen fish and breads to fresh curry leaves to vermicelli to tinned gulab jamun and faluda. fantastic selection of spices and herbs and fresh produce. staff are very friendly and helpful. aisles are quite narrow at times which isn't great for accessibility for plus sized people and mobility aid users, but can't really be helped without reducing the amount of things being sold. will absolutely be returning!

   Feels like home.. a very South Indian store! We get the same brands and products that we get back home.. ranging from frozen foods to sweets to vegetables. It’s a relatively big store compared to many other off license/ grocery stores in the city, and they sell almost everything we need for day to day life. I don’t think there’s any other stores in Cardiff that sells Indian biscuits like Good Day, Parle G, 50-50, Maska Chaska, Krack Jack, Dark Fantasy, Hide & Seek … Kerala sweets like Achappam, Kuzhalappom, Murukku, Banana/ Jackfruit/ Tapioca chips, Kerala Porotta, Rice/ Appam/ Pathiri/ Puttu powder etc. The staff is also very friendly and finds time to assist us even when the store is busy. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ customer service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ availability of items ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ value for money ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ambience Verdict: If you’re an Indian, especially South Indian, this is a must go place!
