   We’ve had two kitchens from Lynne and John at Tolle one was 8 years ago and another just recently on our new renovation, both have been fantastic kitchens, the service is fantastic right through from the design, picking the cabinets, handles etc and the fitting by Martyn is always great!    Buying a Kitchen was not an easy process, until we were recommended to speak with Tolle Kitchens. With their support and guidance we now have a fantastic kitchen. From Matthew the kitchen designer who took his time to understand our requirements and wishes, Martin the kitchen fitter's swift and excellent craftsmanship installing the units and John and Lynne's constant support, we do not believe you will find a better company to design and fit the kitchen of your dreams. We would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Their input made the entire journey feel smooth and enjoyable. A special thank you to Martyn, whose background as a cabinet maker truly shines through in his work. His attention to detail is absolutely remarkable. He worked incredibly hard to keep everything on track, was efficient, and always completely respectful in our home. He’s gone above and beyond to ensure everything was finished to the highest standard, and his craftsmanship and commitment have been invaluable. Every single tradesperson who worked in our home was not only skilled, but also genuinely lovely to deal with — respectful, tidy, and clearly proud of their work. It’s rare to have such a consistently positive experience from start to finish. Thank you to the whole team at Tolle Kitchens for creating a kitchen we absolutely love. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to anyone looking for quality, reliability, and real care in a kitchen company.

   We are very happy with our new kitchen from Tolle. It looks fantastic and the quality of craftsmanship is evident. We would like to give a special mention to Matthew, who designs the kitchens and runs the Hipperholme showroom. He was extremely helpful, with excellent attention to detail, and was a genuine pleasure to deal with. Matthew worked closely with us to refine the design through several iterations, always taking the time to understand what we wanted. His design knowledge was invaluable and really helped bring everything together. He also visited us on site several times and was instrumental in resolving the few minor issues we had. We would highly recommend Tolle Kitchens, and particularly Matthew, to anyone looking for a high-quality, thoughtfully designed kitchen.

   I recently bought a Neff Slide and Hide oven through Tolle Kitchens. After purchasing they were really flexible to when I was available for installation, they even arranged a Saturday morning which meant I didn’t have to waste booking a days holiday with work to wait in! When the man arrived with my oven he was very respectful of my home and ensured all packaging was taken away with him, perfect! He even showed me to how to use the oven which saved me the hassle of reading the manual for the basic functions. Thank you for a great service, I wouldn’t hesitate to return to Tolle when I am ready to change the full kitchen, thank you

   I have had endless problems with this company since work began in February 2021. The kitchen fitter (based in Carlise) had a 3 hour journey to get to my house, he did not come everyday so the process took months not weeks, of living with chaos and stress. Bad organisation and lack of communication meant I never knew what was happening and when. Tolle would never give me a finishing date, despite having payment in full £60,000+ for a bespoke kitchen before work commenced. Customer service has been awful, lengthy waits for replies to emails etc, indifference to complaints and I am still waiting for bad fitting to be rectified 9 months later. Do not use this company, my "Dream kitchen" has been a nightmare! (Beverley branch)

   Diabolical from payment of deposit to one year on, told us bare faced lies in the showroom. Had other kitchen fitters round to quote on finishing the job and have been informed every time how much we’ve been ripped off. Halifax branch (although same owners), I can’t imagine how the positive reviews are genuine and not surprising they’re claiming the negative reviews are fake. Awful company, wouldn’t wish on my worst enemy

   Our kitchen is only small, but the designers did a fantastic job of not only getting everything in, but also making the design stand out! I can't fault their service from start to finish! EDIT: Tolle are being spammed by a lot of fake accounts trying to tarnish their name. Please ignore the quite obvious fake names and comments in the latest reviews. Contact Tolle and let them show you how good they are whilst they sort these fake reviews out!
