   I am extremely disappointed with the kitchen this company has fitted for us. From start to finish, the experience has been nothing short of terrible. We are all adults over 20 living in this household, and despite hardly using most of the appliances, things started breaking just one week after installation. Two of the spotlights came off almost immediately, and when the dishwasher stopped working, the dishwasher company themselves confirmed it hadn’t even been fitted properly. The cupboards are already starting to fall apart, which is completely unacceptable for something that’s supposed to be brand new. To make matters worse, there was no proper inspection or quality check carried out once the kitchen was fitted. It feels like the job was rushed with no care or attention to detail.

   We have just had two bathrooms fitted by this company and they have done an amazing job.We are delighted by the service we received from Nick who came and measured up and helped us choose the bathrooms to Tomas and his team for their excellent service. Nothing was too much trouble and they were polite and cleaned up every day before they left. We would definitely use them again.

   I have had a bathroom vanity unit prepared and installed by Modern Living. The service provided by Nick was outstanding. From initial measurements through to fitting, Nick’s customer service and attention to detail was fantastic. He even went out of his way to ensure I got exactly what I wanted in terms of the look, colour and fitting and it turned out to be a wonderful bespoke piece. I will certainly be going back to this company as they know how to look after their customers.

   Amazing customer service. We had ordered a bath from a different company who had either gone bust or was a scam site. We found this out on a Friday when our fitters were due the following Monday. They managed to order in the bath for us to pick up on Monday. They even offered delivery for Tues. This beats other competitors who were giving us 5 to 6 working days minimum. All the staff were a pleasure to deal with but Amreen especially. Always polite, patient, willing to help and responsive. So many companies do not think this is important anymore. You saved our refit. Thanks so much.

   From start to the end product Modern Living have been amazing. Adnan has been amazing designing my kitchen and bedroom wardrobes and fulfilling all my wishes. Patrick is the main man and his side kick putting all this together, a perfectionist should I say. He has done a fantastic job. Can not complain at all. 100% recomend you guys to anyone. Ps. Price has been far cheaper than any other big brand shops out there.
