   Concept17 installed our new kitchen earlier this year and we would fully recommend them to anyone looking to do the same. Stuart was incredibly helpful with the planning and optioneering, looking at our needs and shaping our ideas in practical solutions. The delivery headed up by Paul was efficient, professional, accommodated minor changes and kept to time. He coordinated all the other tradesmen (tiler, plasterer, electrician, plumber etc) and the works went like clockwork. Now we have a fantastic kitchen. Concept 17 weren't the cheapest, or the most expensive, but we concluded they were the best value for money, the most professional and really lovely people to work with as well. Definitely a 5 star company and a 5 star job!

   For some 6 years, following a house move, my husband and I have been longing to have our dream kitchen. We had numerous companies round but their ideas and designs did not enthral us and then we had the pleasure of meeting Stuart Chadwick of Concept 17, who listened to what we wanted and in turn far exceeded our expectations. Stuart’s attention to detail is undeniable and clearly evident in the final result; our new dream kitchen including utility is superb and acknowledged as such by all who see it thanks to Stuart, Matt and his team who work to a very high standard. A special mention for Paul who was our fitter – a professional, experienced, respectful and courteous, nothing was too much trouble. If you are thinking of having a new kitchen, would highly recommend – you will not be disappointed.

   We can’t put into words how happy we are with our new kitchen. We knew we wanted something different and boy did we get it. The initial consultation with Stuart was very professional, he genuinely listened to what we wanted and gave suggestions, it was definitely a two way process. We got the first design which blew our minds and we only needed to adjust a couple of things with Stuart’s expertise guiding us. A couple of visits to the showroom to make final choices on design, worktops and appliances etc., were all dealt with by the warm and friendly team. Nothing seemed like too much trouble to ensure we got our dream kitchen. The installation was seamless and superbly executed by Paul, he really is the best in the business as were all of the tradespeople that Stuart provided. We know how difficult it is to find and secure quality people to undertake work but the stress of this was taken away from us and sorted. To say we are delighted with our kitchen is an understatement, we would give 6 stars if we could. There were a couple of very minor issues along the way but they were quickly dealt with. We have to say that we have never experienced customer service like this before, Stuart, Matt and the rest of the team have gone above and beyond to listen to us and deliver what we wanted even if it was something that was outside their remit. If you are reading this and thinking of a new kitchen we absolutely 100% recommend these guys, trust me you will not be disappointed.

   This is a great company. They fitted our kitchen more than 10 years ago and have been very helpful during the pandemic to help replace an appliance that has been extremely difficult to source. They have gone to the same trouble for one appliance that they did for the whole kitchen. The kitchen still looks immaculate so we don't need a new one. But when we do, we know where we'll be going.    From our first visit to the showroom through to completion of our kitchen we were impressed with the level of service and the expert design provided by Concept 17. Stuart and his team designed and built our new kitchen and utility room to a very high standard and were always on hand to help with any questions or queries. They worked well with our builder and electrician to complete the kitchen to our required timescales and finish. We are more than happy to recommend their services and love our new kitchen!

   I felt extremely anxious about having my kitchen refurbished.  From the moment Stuart from Concept17 came to my house to talk to me and measure up he made me feel at ease and comfortable about the whole process.  The design was fabulous and everything went according to plan. The fitter, Paul was fantastic as were everyone else involved, they were respectful and considerate of my situation (I live in a flat) and professional from start to finish.  My kitchen is absolutely amazing and I cannot recommend Concept17 highly enough.

   A great design service, a high quality product, quick and precise installation. At a price which is affordable. Andrew's interpretation of what we wanted in our kitchen and how it would look within our house was excellent. With a bit of a review on the appliance specification, we got within our budget. The installation team were great guys, very neat and tidy with an eye for the details. All snags were dealt with promptly. Overall, the best design and install of any kitchen supplier we've dealt with. Quality product, great customer service and really nice people. I'd not recommend using anyone else except Concept 17.
