   Honestly really disappointed with my experience here. I’m getting a puppy soon and obviously I’m excited, I’m asking questions about their products/food/grooming services etc and the lady working on 05/11/25 was on her phone most of the time, showing no interest (when my friend and I were the ONLY people in the shop) and she showed a bit of annoyance that I was asking questions which would make the shop money! Not helpful at all, did not know anything about the shops own products. Will not be starting my puppy journey here.

   Ayesha was so helpful and wonderful. My dogs love coming in for a treat here, and she always takes the time to greet them and say hello. So appreciated in this day and age, not everyone is as friendly, especially towards pitties. Thank you, Ayesha!

   It was a great first groom for our pup and the staff are lovely but £50 for a wash and a trim around the eyes is extortionate. I dread to think what a full groom and wash would be. Pricing needs to be more transparent. We’ve decided to find somewhere else.

   When businesses feel the need to put signs like this up, you know they're just trying to make excuses for unjustified price increases. They have upped their pricing twice in the space of 12 months, which is just unacceptable when you take into consideration that they were a lot more expensive than the average groomer to begin with. They have lost a customer with us, as we are not willing to pay over £100 every 6 weeks - they're asking me to spend more money on my dog's hair cuts than I would my own! Ludicrous. Have luckily found somewhere much much cheaper.

   Extorionately high grooming pricing that is taking advantage of customers. It's such a shame because the staff are friendly and they do a good job. But they are charging way too high of a price for their services, so we are not going to be taking our dog here any more, as we have found someone else local who is half the price and does just as good a job. My advise to anyone looking to get their dog groomed in this area is to look around and look for a more reasonable rate to pay.

   Fabulous service on my 12 week puppy. I've been never seen him so fluffy!!! They also stock a great selection of items for pets including a harness that was small enough for my boy (a major pet store did not have his size). Both employees were super helpful and kind. Definitely recommended and will be rebooking!
