   Fao mr windle you bought a 4'6ft mattress from us i came to inspect the mattress as soon as you reported the matter.i deemed that there was a fault with the matt but that could be down to the 20 year old base you had bought from emu furniture. i suggested getting a new base and would try push this through with silentnight for just the matt. silentnight said i needed better pictures of base and when i spoke to you again you refused me entrance to your house so there was no chance of a replacement if any of you are interested look mr kindle up on Facebook he's got a picture of his old base and matt. normally if you buy a matt and the base is at fault for the problem we can't sort it out, on this occasion we said if you buy the proper base we will replace the matt under warranty for a full bed, as most of are customers know and 40 years under are belt in trading we sort it out.

   Crap, i paid £300 for a mattress, within 5 months it was useless the lad in the store wouldnt help us , so we have lost the money, be wary if you buy anything from this shop.
