Wharfedale Interiors have just finished the installation of my bedroom furniture. After having a few company’s quote Wharfedale were very professional and turned the idea into a good looking and extremely well installed product. The fitter did a fantastic job and kept me informed of the progress of the installation. Highly recommend

Oli the fitter did a fantastic job on the wardrobe and we are so happy with the end result. We firstly had a media wall done by wharfdale interiors and they delivered exactly what they said they would, we are over the moon with the end result and the service provided by them, we then had all our bedrooms fitted with new wardrobes. Our existing wardrobes were originally put in when the house was built over 20 years ago and were very basic designs internally and externally. We now have amazing wardrobes that do so much more. Again we are extremely satisfied and would definitely recommend wharfdale interiors.
From the initial meeting with Kurt, we knew we were in safe hands. He produced a stunning design for our new kitchen and utility room which encompassed space and style. Fitter Oli did a first class job with the installation. We are absolutely delighted with the end result and cannot recommend Wharfedale Interiors highly enough.
Had a fantastic experience and very happy with the end result. We had wardrobes and drawers fitted in our bedroom and a media wall in our lounge, we couldn’t be happier. The service was brilliant, they were in and out within a few days and left no mess like some places do… Looking to use them again for more pieces.
We made an order in June and had this fitted today. WOW. The precise ordering and measurements were unique and so professional I lost my perspective. Delivered and fitted today. Andrew was chatty and liked his coffee!! He interestingly had so many local tales. Anyway, my husband and I chatted with him and we are amazed at his work. He said he had nit done the same bespoke combination before and it should be in the showroom!! Was he being polite ? We have deep ,historic high skirting boards. Just look at what he did please. Thanks Sorry but I can't attach his expertise.
We were looking to have a bespoke kitchen, walk-in wardrobe and other bespoke cabinatry for our house renovation. With so much competition in the industry, we wanted to find a company we trusted, who clearly understood our brief and could manufacture and install a high quality product at a competitive price. A big ask, but Wharfedale Interiors ticked all our boxes. Rhys and the team from the initial discovery meeting to completion of the installation were fantastic. We chose Wharfedale Interiors to design and install furniture for two bedrooms and we are delighted with the results. The service provided was friendly and professional, both by Rhys who worked with us on the designs, and Andy, the fitter. We were after something a little bit different, and the choice of finishes and high quality materials meant that we were able to achieve the look we wanted. We would have no hesitation in recommending Wharfedale Interiors to others.
Endless mistakes & terrible communication We commissioned Wharfedale to fit wardrobes and under eave storage in two rooms back in December 2020 with scheduled completion of February 2021 over two days of work. We paid 90% upfront as per their terms. The install began in April. Incorrect parts were delivered and the wardrobes overall were not fitted to the quality standard expected. This led to a five week delay waiting for correct parts and resulted in a significant portion of the work being redone. On the second install visit only some of the required parts were delivered so no progress and another three week delay. We were expecting completion to be pushed back to early June. On this date we discovered the outstanding parts had not even been ordered and we had to flag this to them. After a further delay of three weeks the wardrobes were finally completed to a standard we were happy with. Of course we understand dates can slip (e.g. due to COVID and supply issues) and mistakes can happen but we expect this to be offset with good communication. However, it is their appalling communication over the whole process that caused severe stress. At numerous times in the process several weeks would pass by and Wharfedale would not respond to emails, telephone calls or voicemails. On one occasion, only after proposing a credit card retail dispute did they respond. We have had an additional four months of the house being upside down and two bedrooms out of action. As we paid 90% upfront we felt absolutely powerless to do anything about it. We asked for compensation, it was not offered, and they have given us a 10% discount. As we write this we are still waiting for a response to an email sent over two weeks ago. Unfortunately we cannot recommend their services and urge caution with regards to paying 90% upfront.
Very pleased with the sliding bedroom wardrobes Wharfedale did for us. We approached three other firms and Wharfedale were the most professional and friendly by far. Our installer Andrew was a pleasure to have in our home as well. Would use again for sure!
