"Extremely disappointed and now concerned for our safety with our £1,500 dining table from FABB Furniture. We purchased it in December 2024, and within just six months, it has become completely unstable. This isn't just a quality issue—it's a serious safety risk. The screw holes have degraded, so the legs are loose and the table is so dangerously wobbly that it could collapse and cause any injury. We raised our concerns with customer service, and an inspector was sent out. Their conclusion was that this is not a manufacturer defect that we completely disagree. I like to attach photos so that anyone can see the problem with their own eyes and judge for themselves whether this is a fault in manufacturing or a failure of quality of the materials though, their no option for me to attach photo's. Let me know, If anyone knows. This experience has proven that FAB Furniture sells substandard products and then refuses to stand by them. We are beyond frustrated and feel this is a clear case of a company ignoring a serious safety hazard. Rating their service 0/10."

Was warmly greeted by the assistant manager upon entering, I think her name was Lisa. She was available to answer any questions we had, was never pushy or didn’t harass you like a lot of sales people do. Found a sofa we liked, the manager talked us through all the different options, made us a brew while we talked. Felt at ease and in control of the options the whole time, shared pictures of our dog and talked about our cats which she also had as pets. Was a very relaxing enjoyable experience. Lisa is a very nice lady, a credit to your business. Thanks for the enjoyable experience :)

Bought a wardrobe back in February and now it's April. Always get told different stories and it's coming to a point I've had enough. I was told it was going to arrive early instead it's been 9 weeks nothing has arrived. So today I was told addition 3 more weeks for it to arrive. I don't believe them anymore poor customer service on the phone and store they only want your money and not your service. I won't be coming again if you don't want Any disappointments AVOID!!... First and last time. What's more frustrating is that there is no cancellation policy so they can hold your item and you can't do anything about it. Totally disappointed with everything from customer service phone or in store to the delivery. Joke of a store.

choose a settee in the store which was a recliner, when it arrived no recliner! phoned the shop and was told the recliner was extra. wasnt told this on ordering. we presumed the recliner in store was the one we were getting, you may think this was mis selling,i couldnt possibley comment ! avoid at all costs.

This company does not even deserve the one star. Nothing but terrible service. I ordered some sofas back in October 2021 and was given a lead time of 12 weeks. We are now in April and there is no sign of my sofas. I have contacted customer services several times only to be given false information and different dates. They use the same sorry excuse and blame the issue on 'covid'. Save your money and go elsewhere. Update **24/09/2022. Sofas arrived in May however my Stainguard insurance policy which I paid several hundred pounds for has still not been set up on the system. Tens of emails later still no joy. Absolute cowboy of a company.
