Great helpful staff. Various ranges of furniture, quite a few sale items. Only downfall was, it was so cold inside, couldn't spend much time inside due to this. Apparently heating had broken down, and would be like that for a few days. It was warmer outside. Lol
Never answer their phone. No other way of contacting them. Called us to say our sofa was ready and to call back but then they never pick up. Went down to the shop, they were taking a delivery but said they were shut and couldn’t help. Shocking customer service.
Just enjoyed the shopping experience of buying a divan set from Low Mills. The total experience was nothing short of amazing from the salesman who left us alone but was there to help, from the speed of ordering, to being kept in touch to the final delivery by two great guys who took my old bed away ,took my new one up to the second floor to the fact they assembled it and removed all the waste. Shop local shop independent always for great value and service. well done we will be back.
Bought a fantastic sofa and wardrobe from this store the choice is excellent and much cheaper than anywhere else take no notice of the bad review.i got my furniture very fast and the robe was professionally assembled by there in house fitters
Further to my purchase of a 3-2-1 sofas and after five months of sitting on it, and then being told there was no guarantee against faulty stitching as the set was end of line. The customer after care is also as bad the furniture very poor, and one member of staff was down right rude! so if you want my opinion save yourself the problems and buy somewhere else! or get ripped off at low mills and see what i mean!
