   How to ruin a birthday…. I phoned this place before i visit it, to confirm if they sell Fish as i was going for my brothers birthday and that would be the gift. Response/Positive so i turned up around 19:30 at the shop. (Mind that they close at 20:00) A woman at the counter send me to the aquarium department where shortly i would be assisted from a colleague. (simply a joke) After of questions which i answered with the help of my sister in law (via phone) she realised that there was not time to make the purchase! Even if i explained several times that is a birthday gift and there would be no other option for me she couldn’t care less. Sharp answer and left! What a shame! Zero (0) understanding!! And wasted my time there when i could go elsewhere and do my job. Leave this place as your last option… In need of Customer Service training.

   I am so disappointed with the manager of the store, such a rude attitude. We decided to buy an aquarium from your store together with fish for the children. She most rudely decided to close the window in our face since we had no experience watching fish and we were going to buy everything from your store. He said that we didn't have the kind of people who could raise two fish. He killed us brutally, for which we will seek justice. Thank you

   There was a lady with pink hair which had an extremely bad attitude she couldn’t have been more unhelpful and rude. You would’ve thought she would’ve been a bit more nice and helpful when asking a question. There was a very nice lady at the till that was extremely helpful and very kind and gave my dog a treat.

   Store is well arranged and stocked with quality products at very competitive prices! Staff in this branch are exceptional: considerate and genuinly friendly. They all seem to operate happily and in harmony assisting one another & taking pride & ownership in what they do! As soon as I come in, to this shop every single time I am greeted by someone which, in the shop this size and with dozens customers floating in and out is absolutely VIP treatment! Animals in the shop and cages are always clean and tidy. Really really well done to the team there and thank you!
