   Just visited this store and one of the colleagues shouted at another colleague to “shut her mouth and get on with her job” infront of a queue of customers. The manager was informed and the guy was back with in minutes smirking and serving on till. Not acceptable. Retail is awful for how the stag get treated, it’s not acceptable to talk to any member of staff with that much disrespect. I’m deeply saddened for the lady on the till who didn’t know where to put her face one the boy screamed at her. Disgusting to be supportive this kind of behaviour.

   Very disappointing visit. The staff on duty were rude and unhelpful, acting like customers were an inconvenience. I asked a simple question and was met with attitude rather than assistance. Won’t be rushing back.”

   Superb prices and choice! There are two Home Bargains on Newport Road and they are both almost identical. I love this store. It's beautifully laid out inside with pretty much everything you could want for your body and home. Beauty products and a very wide range of pharmaceuticals and health care as you walk in. Reading glasses and bathroom essentials. Further into the store there's clothing, pet supplies and home decoration. Candles and lighting on another aisle. The small electricals and gadgets are very well priced. Small room heaters and heated under blankets. Then there's a huge amount of biscuits, sweets and crisps and groceries. The prices are consistently low for branded items as well as less well known manufacturers. Fresh dairy and meats are found nearing the checkout. I really like the Home Bargain stores and I recently found a branch on Albany Road in Roath. Great!

   Great Shop with Everything I Need! I really enjoy shopping here! The store has a good size, always clean and usually has nearly everything I need. I often visit to buy earplugs and sleeping masks, because I love the travel items they offer. It’s affordable and very convenient for all my needs. My travel pillow from here is one of my favorites! The staff is always friendly and helpful, making the experience even better. I also want to thank them for selling Dubai chocolate! I first spotted it by the checkout and decided to try it out of curiosity. To my surprise, I absolutely loved it!

   Lots of variety of everything, well stocked store. The staff are friendly and helpful. Very reasonable priced, l ALWAYS buy more than l originally go there for. Disabled parking and access to store, situated on Newport Rd in a shopping complex. l don't know if there is a toilet available. I love this shop, thanks Home Bargains
