   We have been so impressed with the quality of the kitchen we had from Howdens,that we've just arranged for their design team to come out and look at supplying fitted wardrobe. The products they supply are just so much better than those from people like Wre, B & Q and the like. 100% recommended by me.

   Parts missing - dont answer phone calls, staff are not attentive, too busy chit chatting or back biting about customers, the young blonde girl referred to an elderly couple in the store as "Those old codgers" - how disrespectful . Disgraceful shoddy business. Don;'t bother - go elsewhere

   A Rip off, Connor will pressure you with " I have looked after you £3500 if you accept now, you won't get cheaper elsewhere". Poor pressure sales tactics, the exact same kitchen bought from Howdens Bowling branch for £2346.00 - Be Aware this is a sub standard branch with underhand tactics , preys on the elderly and vulnerable, to part with their hard earned cash. Shop about and avoid Keighley branch.

   Used Howden a couple of times, kitchens mainly. The staff are very helpful, the planning was taken care of, the delivery was on time and most importantly all the components were there. For trades people it's a great place as you can get all the associated tools you need for the job there too. They used to have a person in a van that would come out to the job you were working on, thus can be useful if you need an extra unit or tools ect saving you time. Just not sure if this service still exists (the backup van service). We had an account with them for many years although we only use Howden occasionally they hace always provided good services.
