   This yellow sale price banner saying one price and then when you scan at the till there is no discount literally a scam.Could be a bigger assortiment of pickles in general and always missing jalapenos man.

   Visited the cafe lunchtime and it was dreadful. Service slow, generally grubby. They had run out of clean mugs so I had a 20min wait to get a coffee. Extra staff were called in from the store but none of them were till trained so immediately left again

   Paid a visit to the cafe today and well…shocking isn’t the word! The staff were not very welcoming, in fact they were arrogant and rude!! Hot drinks machine wasn’t working properly because the store had an issue with their water! Staff member said nobody would sort it because it meant having to climb into the roof in the rain! Second, they messed our order up and gave over “paid” food to somebody else, waited another 10 mins to be given the wrong breakfast. Then member of staff tried telling me the machine ordered the wrong type of egg. Gave us a fried egg instead of poached! Gave us white toast when we ordered brown toast! The quality of the food was diabolical. Cold, very salty and tasteless. Overall satisfaction very poor! Will not entertain visiting the store again! Store should be shut down!!

   Shocking store. Freezers and fridges are always leaking even today after extended repairs. Self check out lady not helpful at all and pizza counter lady didn't know the correct price on unlabelled pizza sides. I have nothing good to say about this place. What a dump.

   I'm not normally a fan of Morrisons, but I love this branch. Nice to see deli, butcher & fishmonger in a supermarket. I have really missed them, as Tesco has done away with them

   I like this Morrisons, though I do find it annoying that the meal deal items are before the automated gates... So I can't go and get my salad from the salad bar and then collect my drink and snack... It's a pain trying to do a salad whilst also holding drink and snack ... Also there's always a strange smell - a bit like smelly shoes as soon as you walk in. I always notice it, but after around 10 steps, the smell is gone - I assume it's where air con/heating pumps out and the system just smells of old shoes. Odd

   Newport store. In self checkout and on 2 occasions had to have a member of staff no smile, thank you just a miserable look. Looking down her nose as if a bad smell! Last time I go in there she is paid to serve customers good job I am not a supervisor/manger.

   Visited one evening. A disaster. The store is messy, dirty and unkept. Overflowing bins at the entrance doors. Wrappers, paper, debris on the floor of many isles. Water on floor from multiple fridges appear to have been leaking for a considerable time, given tide marks on floor. Holes/defects in floor at multiple locations. Poor value for money on a number of items vs sainsburys and Lidl; Halloumi. Outdoor appearance is also poor. The trolley station burned down.
