   This Tesco Extra is exactly what you'd expect from a big store, but it does everything well. The quality is solid across the board, and they stock plenty of everything, so you're not going to struggle finding what you need. One of the best things about this location is the parking. It's huge, which is a relief when you're doing a big shop or going at busy times. You can actually find a space without circling around forever. The F&F clothing section is surprisingly good. Nice selection and decent quality for the price. I've picked up a few things there and they've held up well. The store itself feels spacious, so it doesn't get that cramped, stressful feeling even when it's busy. And the staff have been consistently kind and helpful whenever I've needed something. Overall, it's a reliable choice for groceries and then some. Does the job well.

   A very special mention to a lady called cathy who served me at the till about 820 pm at your western ave store monday evening. ..she served me and my son who is autistic .she was very helpful and understanding to my sons needs at the till as i was explaining his routine going through the till .cathy was so paitent and kind she really is a credit to your store .probably one of the best employees ive ever come across ..please please pass on my thanks to her ..thankyou

   This Tesco Extra is huge and has pretty much everything you need under one roof. The fruit and veg are fresh, the bakery smells amazing and there is a massive range of food, clothes and home items. The world food aisle is great and I really like the F&F clothing section for men as it has good quality and decent prices. The toy section is decent, the car park is big and the late opening hours are really handy. Self checkouts make it quick if you are in a rush. Overall it is a convenient place to shop with loads of choice.

   Shop here quite regularly, approx once a week. Today there was a problem with the fresh fruit fridges. A young man named George (Gorgeous George)was kind enough to go out to the warehouse and bring me the fruit I needed! First class service. Thank you young man.

   Took me 10 minutes and asking a helpful member of staff to find tinned chick peas which are, along with tinned tomatoes, for some inexplicable reason kept in aisle 29 with the bacon and vinegar, not with the tinned vegetables at the other end of the store. Tesco logic seems bizarre compared to other supermarkets.

   Got a parking ticket after spending too long in the in-store Costa. The parking company Horizon Parking are parasites who escalate the charges in ridiculous fast succession which makes appealing really difficult if not impossible. They’re now threatening legal action unless I pay their blackmail. Not shopping at this Tesco anymore if this is the type of organisation they associate themselves with. It’s basically a licence to print money.

   Visited this Tesco a few days ago and found the store had all the items that we required and access along the aisles was in stark contrast to our normal Tesco in Newport. Lots more space so when staff are moving cages along the aisles, there is still loads of room to walk by. Odd to see some of the comments from customers about the attitude of some staff. However, what I would say here is that customer service across many areas of buisness has declined. In fact it looks as though customer service is non existent in many shops and businesses these days. Tesco's was fine for us this time, but I do know the feeling that many people get.

   Large well stocked shop. Clean and tidy. Plenty of parking. Good value when using the club card. Staff I engaged with were friendly. Would shop at this store again. Tried the Chesse Twists, very nice better than the LIDI Chesse Twists, would be even better warm.
