I love it, amazing, but need more positions especially fresh fruits:)) I can’t understand bad reviews, it’s a store, not a premium first class flight:/

Good range of food for sale, the veg' is fresh and - unlike some - I find the staff are fine, but... check the 'use by' dates on packaged and contained goods - I've just noticed a tonkatsu sauce bottle I bought yesterday (Oct 18th 2025) was best used by seven months ago. Not a great problem with this sauce, because it is acidic and so keeps very well, but other things may not be viable.

Really bad customer service. Staff are so rude, not just the staff, the owner of the supermarket was rude. I have never seen anything like this before. Shocking! They don’t want to spend any effort dealing with customers at all. All they want you to do is pay your money and leave.

Great selection of products from China, Korea, Japan and a few other bits found in south east Asia. The variety is quite wide, with drinks, fresh vegetables, frozen produce, marinades and sauces, noodles, Topokki rice cake and more. It feels very authentic which is nice. Prices are fair, though few are missing the price labels. Some noodles I bought, the price was different on the till than what was advertised on the shelf, so the cost was more than expected. I didn’t speak up though, I just let it slide as a likely mistake, and the flavour was fab anyway so I’m glad I got them. Be sure to check the Best Before as might be close to the date (great tip for all import stores to be fair). They do however have a great reduced section like expired noods, have got some fantastic noodles from there - still perfectly fine and tasty. I would definitely recommend for discounted purchases. Staff were also efficient and friendly during any interactions, and I appreciate being able to pay swiftly by card payment. It’s not so easy with a car as no car park and outside the store is double yellows - I recommend finding car park nearby and walking on foot.

They have a wide range of chinese food especially a wide range of tasty chinese breads which I quite enjoy, they also offer a wide range of expired bread at very low price which is quite nice for people that can't afford expensive stuff. They also offer many fresh fruits imported from china such as durian and it costs way less than other chinese supermarkets which they sell it for 15 pounds but here they sell it for around eleven pounds. The staff members weren't rude, it was okay the service. The store offers a wide range of frozen food, great for events such as hotpot, also large range of choices for noodles, they also have fresh meat and fish which they usually don't offer at other chinese supermarkets.
