Danielle is lovely, polite and caring. I have a 12 year old shih Tzu and sometimes he has his moments and can be very temperamental. Danielle is always patient and friendly, very professional and also very caring. She is the reason why I take my dog to Groom Room Borehamwood.
Took my Yorkshire terrier to be groomed when I got her home inside the top of her back leg had been shaved bald and was red and inflamed. Didn't even have the cursity to tell me. I've complained but surprise surprise have had no acknowledgement . Will not be going back there wouldn't trust them with a garden worm. DISGUSTING
First time attending, both ladies working there were very polite and answered all of our questions. Our Samoyed came out super fluffy, we’re obsessed! We’ll definitely be returning.
We took our 5 month old German Shepard in for his first puppy groom and he loved it! The staff were all really friendly and walked us through the entire process and his options. He was so soft afterwards. They didn’t have a problem with cutting his nails either.
We have a Chow Chow puppy with a really calm and loving temperament. He was wagging his tail the whole time he was being looked after by the lovely and very professional team. Danielle was absolutely amazing (to our pup and his parents). We will definitely be taking him back. The store is also very large and well stocked, so it kept us busy while we waited for his Royal Highness' to get his groom.
So glad I took my Cavalier king charles spaniel to the groom room borehamwood. The lady was very nice and wrote down exactly what I asked her to do . My King charles spaniel came out looking beautiful all his silky hair beautifully groomed and trimmed.Thank you to the receptionist and groomer Would highly recomend.
I wish I could give 0 star. I took my dog to the groomer but he was traumatised and shaved to his skin! He didn’t want to be touched when we get home ! The groomer’s excuse over the phone was he’s matted but I disagree. My dogs skin was visible! She even shaved dogs eyelashes and whiskers! She was by herself and obviously couldn’t handle a playful puppy so she shaved him all! I don’t want to imagine how the poor dog was feeling all the time he was there :( I Called then numerous times to complain and sent an email as well but no response! Please don’t take your dog to this brunch ! Absolute animal cruelty!
Good job on the dog, unfortunately the feeling I had when first calling in that the lady we spoke to was rather rude did become true. The most important thing is that my dog seemed fine after the hair cut and the result was good, however we will not go to this branch of The Groom Room again. I have never experienced “mummy shaming” to this extend. So if you have a dog that is behaving in any way out of the ordinary do yourself a favour and DO NOT visit this branch and go somewhere where you and your puppy are both happy with the service. Hope this helps someone.
