   We have been to Ayla’s a few times now with our Poochon and think the cuts we get are great! The staff are all super friendly and helpful and the grooms are always very consistent and well done. We even purchased our pooch a new harness from the shop the last time we were there at a very reasonable price. We have recommended Neda to our friends and will be coming back for many years to come.

   FANTASTIC ! I actually came here to get my puppy groomed and all I can say is that the service from the staff was absolutely PHENOMENAL! I was greeted so nicely, the groomer actually spoke to me and gave me a full explanation of what it is that she’d be doing. She also took the time out to make me aware of what would occur in case of matting & that they would notify me via phone call if they needed to. I am super happy with how they dealt with me and my dog, can’t wait to bring him back !

   This was the BEST dog grooming experience I’ve ever had ! Firstly the lady at the checkout (PAULA) was super friendly, very kind & gave me lots of advice on how to maintain my dogs coat. She made an extra effort to make sure that I would be happy with the groom & told me what the exact process would be. She’s BRILLIANT THEN … (NEDA) the dog groomer that I had was super kind and she also made sure that I was fully aware about what she’d be doing & how she would be doing it. My dog who is still a puppy was very happy with her. Both of the staff members were the best of best. They’ve made me feel so comfortable & confident as a dog owner & I will definitely be back in 6 weeks

   I wanna thank Ayla’s pet store for all the support and words of encouragement with 4Paws Community Food Bank. I’ve never come across a pet store that cares so much about animals as well as the community. By putting up posters in their stores, the food bank has been able to flourish with donations from the community and get the recognition that would’ve been very hard to get without their support. As well as helping providing a drop off donation point they have always donated themselves. Not to mention they have very high-quality pet food, a doggy daycare and a really patient and understanding groomers It’s right by Clapham Common park so it’s only right to add it to my dogging walk.

   My beauty before and after. He looks absolutely fantastic. They are so friendly and helpful, and not expensive. I highly recommend this shop, which is also very nice and the grooming service which is excellent. Thank you everyone who has irks there for making Beauty’s first grooming experience as good as you did. Thank you also for the joy I felt when I saw him when I came to pick him up and whenever I look at him now. Photos added I have just been back once again they looked after my dog and he came out looking beautiful.

   I took my French bulldog to be washed and his nails trimmed. I returned to collect my puppy and saw that his ears scratched and bleeding. I was informed that it was another dog that did this. My thing is if I've booked a slot for my puppy why was there another dog there at the same time I never gave permission for my puppy to be exposed to another dog without me present

   Absolutely hands down best groomers I’ve ever come across. They are so caring, make the owners feel at ease, made my fur baby feel at ease. Reasonably priced and on top of that the store has everything you need in way of food, toys and snacks for your dog. So happy this store is here in Clapham!!

   The groomer is excellent. My dog is very nervous and often a snaps at strangers. She took so much time to make him feel at ease and her grooming skills are amazing! I was dreading collecting him in case he had been aggressive and she was sitting on the floor with him when I arrived having cuddles. Will definitely go back.
