   We had Frankie from VIP looking after our two cats while we were away for Xmas and NYE. She was fantastic. Very communicative and sent us lots of photos. One of our cats is very wary of strangers but Frankie charmed her!

   Very Important Pets and Chelsea, the pet sitter/feeder, were both absolutely brilliant throughout the entire process of registering, signing up, booking the visits and then having my two cats looked after whilst I was away. Chelsea visited every morning and evening to feed them (having spent time with me before our holiday to meet them and learn about their routine). When visiting she spent time with them, giving them attention and affection, and she sent me updates and pictures whilst I was away. It was so reassuring knowing that they were being cared for and that they were doing well. It was also reassuring knowing the Very Important Pets had done the work to check Chelsea's background and that they have the requisite insurances, etc. The whole outfit was professional and easy. I can't recommend them highly enough and we will definitely be using them again.

   Our local vet recommended the VIP team and they didn’t disappoint. The online booking process was quick and straightforward. Before we confirmed the booking, the cat sitter came over for an introduction. Then, whilst we were away, she sent us frequent updates with photos which was great and reassuring that everything is fine. All in all, VIP provided a fantastic service which we’ll definitely use again.

   We have used VIP twice now for our cat, both sitters have been great however the latest sitter, Giovanna, was excellent. She updated us daily with photos, always turned up on time we agreed and was generally very friendly. Also our cat is quite shy and even so, he came out of hiding and became comfortable with Giovanna quite quickly. The agency itself is also very responsive, affordable and hasn't let us down, even when we had to make a booking in quite short notice in the past. I would definitely recommend VIP and Giovanna.

   The service from VIP is superb! We have booked the same person (Sarah) twice and couldn't be happier with her. She sent us regular photos and videos as agreed in advance so we could see how happy our cat was with her. This really enabled us to enjoy our holiday as he is quite a shy cat and we were a bit worried about leaving him. It is clear Sarah really made an effort to bond with him and that she spent a lot of time with him, in addition to keeping him in his usual routines. She was very responsible in dealing with an electrical problem in our Victorian home. Sarah is a very special person indeed and the organisation is super efficient We are not planning to travel for a while but if we do we will definitely come back to VIP to check Sarah's availability first.

   I absolutely love Very Important Pets! I have used their in-home cat sitting service many times, and I just couldn’t be happier with the warm, expert care the sitters provide for my two cats. Booking is very easy, and the sitters are extremely trustworthy and professional. One we booked has been with VIPs for a decade! They also go above and beyond to ensure that you know what’s going on with your pets when you’re away. For our pets, VIPs is a major improvement over even the best cat boarding facilities; the cats are much happier to stay in their home and to stick to their routine. I’m a first-time cat owner and often feel that the sitters we’ve had, Catherine and Tracy, know more about cat behavior and care than I do, which is actually great. I always come home to two happy, healthy, well-brushed cats who seem surprised that I’m back to harass them.
