Staff were lovely, toddler facilities concerned me. The slide was at too much of an angle, child zoomed down but worried about their legs at the bottom as the angle was so steep (almost at a right angle). Also the ball pit ceiling was too low. Otherwise excellent facilities, lots of space to sit.
Really disappointed, it’s extremely expensive and such a shame it’s not part of the ticket price like a lot of other zoos. The time slots also make it really difficult to visit.
Very poor experience. Not enough seating so had to stand for 1.5hrs whilst kids played. The manager was rude and probably shouldn't have a job dealing with the public. Overpriced. Would look elsewhere if thinking about a soft play trip.
Wouldn't travel long distance as the session is 1 hours play. The baby area is dull and the ball pit is quite inaccessible for adults. The older two children (ages 8 and 9) loved it but were disappointed in it feeling so quick.
Really big, easy to use - and not had disruptive kids won the several occasions I've been. I have a 2 year old, and it's got a great toddler section, and the rest is suitable for an active toddler if you go with them.
Soft play area fantastic, shame that there was so many adults crawling around (wonder if they paid? Even more of a worry, how many were with their children?) and children obviously over 12. Supervision is none existent, and the actions of the "older" children and moaning adults ruined it for our five year old.
