Hubby Richard writing this. Ordered a variety of Oktoberfest beers this morning and just a few hours later Phil dropped them off at my door. Great service and great beer - thanks very much.
Cracking service, ordered online over the weekend and items were received on the Wednesday as tracking indicated. Great communication with the owner via email and have since joined his subscription service
I have done couple of online orders with this place and service was excellent. Communication from Phil was spot on regarding my delivery. I hope to do more business in the future. Thank you
Offers an online service. However when I say service the owner Phil Maddocks just does what he wants. Ordered last Saturday and received a text later that day to say it was on its way. WOW! Tuesday I still hadn't received any shipping information, therefore I contacted him and was told this shipment message was automatic on it would be dispatch tues/wed and he would send the tracking when he got to the shop. He didn't. I contacted him the next morning. Ignored this, then eventually got back to me saying he'd been busy and had lost the tracking info and has sent me a refund. Only the refund was to PayPal and its been pending for the last couple of day and not cleared. He has since ignored all my emails to ask if the order was actually sent in the first place, which I highly doubt! Sorry Phil but to say you'd been busy is not an excuse for taking my money then giving me the run around. Everyone is busy! Don't own a business if you cannot deliver. If I could give you zero I would and I very much hope you fail in every walk of life, after the ignorance you have shown me. You still have my money!

Twice by missus has bought me a selection of beers from here, and twice they have been an excellent selection with stuff I have never seen/tried before. My favourites are the Vault City sours. Delivery is free too. Well worth checking out.
Lovely little shop with a fantastic craft beer selection. One of the best selections of Deya and Vault City Brewing I've seen. Another fantastic addition to Bridgend Town Centre
