Bridgend Booze Liquor Store in Brackla, Bridgend

I went in to Bridgend Booze to collect a Vinted parcel today. It was pouring with rain and I had my toddler in a pram and my boy with his bike. The member of staff behind the counter was friendly, helpful and patient. Very thoughtfully took the time to come out from behind the desk to hold open the door for us on the way out. This isn’t the closest, most convenient collection point for my Vinted parcels but it’s outstanding customer service like this that means I am more than happy to go a little bit further. Thank you

After visiting the store for over a decade, the staff at Brackla Booze (including the management) have been holding an impeccably high standard of customer service throughout, even at it's busiest. Small shop inside that, though always well stocked & with a wealth of products to choose from, is cramped. More so when parcels are involved but the inclusion of the Evri service is much appreciated regardless. Thank for the years of great service & keep up the good work!

It is a very convenient store and the boys that work there are always happy to help.. they have a huge selection of drinks and vapour pens/flavours if you're looking for a good off-licence store with a wide selection I highly recommend.

Loving their expansion into craft beers lately. It's so great to have such awesome beer on my door step, and also that gets varied week to week. Keep up the good work guys.
