   There is a sweet young man who works here, who, when I wanted to buy my partner a surprise new hookah and didn’t know what to get he patiently explained everything and made me very welcome. Really appreciated the time he took. Didn’t sell me the most expensive, he sold me what he knew my partner looked for in a hookah. Service like that deserves loyalty

   If you want a good quality Shisha, hubble bubble, hookah in all shapes and sizes ranging from different countries make with different materials stainless steel etc. You need to go here and get one. Prices are good relatively.

   I came from Birmingham to Cardiff and bought a glass shisha here. But on my 1st attempt to assemble it broke. I called 5 star shisha and gentleman was really supportive n helpful. As glass has no guarantee but still as a good gesture he offered me 50% off my actual amount paid. I bought a new one from him at reduced cost and also he posted to me with 24 hrs tracked delivery n he paid the delivery cost. My experience was excellent n I give them 5 star. Great shop great guys.
