   Andy and Kieran are absolutely brilliant in store, they help you with any of your vape needs and encourage the best options for you. The atmosphere in the shop is light and upbeat, if they can save you money with deals that are on they will tell you. The vapes they sell that are their brand are reliable and if anything breaks within them they’ll help you with all they can. Only vape shop I’ll ever go to, been a regular for around a year now and they’re always eager to build good relationships with any customer that comes in!

   Let your customers have a look before bombarding them with open questions and trying to upsell products! I very nearly walked out after 5 minutes. Terrible customer experience, the two guys working there need some training on how to profile customers before launching into cheesy sales patters. Will shop elsewhere which is a shame as it’s a fairly strong product range on offer

   Huge range of juice and devices. Friendly and knowledgeable staff and the opening hours suit me great with work, 7am-9pm. Easy to stop on my way to and from work with free parking outside the door! The girl that works there is pretty hot too!
