Very friendly staff. Short haired manager lady went above and beyond for us and my two year old loved his swim
This gym is so dirty, nobody clean it for ages, when I working out I scared that the dust going drop on the top of my head, what to say about the peoples with allergies? So dirty, disgusting, we pay lot of money just to be member of this dirty gym so disappointing
I m going to it on Wednesday when I went last time it was fun and little bit deep
I cannot recommend Star Hub enough for swimming lessons. All 3 of my boys have swimming lessons there and are all improving so much week by week! My youngest son joined the ALN lessons due to disability and he has come on so much in just a few lessons. He absolutely adores his teacher Conan, he is fun, engaging, caring and so patient with him. Thank you so much!!! If anyone is looking for lessons I would 100% recommend xxx
Very good space to relax. The council also hosts many interactive sessions and activities.
Staff are wonderful but the queue for money advice is horrendous. More staff are needed for this considering the crisis we are in right now and everyone wanting to access this service.
Staff greeted on entry as expected but then was only allowed to use 3 lanes with 2 or 3 people in it at once. So definitely need to ring ahead to see how busy it is. 2/3s of the pool was unused. No spectating area pool side. Don't stand there waiting for your child as you'll get told pretty quickly and pretty angrily. Is definitely a swim lesson center. Not for recreation or training at all. Could be better utilized.
