   I have been a customer for 6 years, as are many of my friends on the show circuit. Never experienced a single issue. A courier caused an issue once, but one of the lovely ladies from the Splendid team chased them up and must have kicked them from here to next week, as my order turned up after hours delivered by the depot manager. That’s what I call splendid customer care.

   UNBEATABLE customer service and insanely competitive prices!! 10 out of 10 stars any day. Big thumbs up. I started my grooming salon in December 2017, so contacted them to compare against 3 other companies. Splendid Pets blew all prices out of the water. Their personal care was actually astounding. Booked a Saturday delivery for all the goodies to arrive (went for the full Monty setup: emperor studio grooming table, electric bath, stand dryer, rosy rocket blaster and much much more believe me as my husband nearly divorced me once the credit card bill arrived hahaha) and despite them being closed Saturdays, I got a call Sat morning advising me of the exact delivery time... and then, wait for it.. another call in the afternoon to check that everything arrived safely and if I needed any advice to set anything up. The sweetest touch was the day my salon opened, a lovely flower bouquet arrived congratulating me and wishing me luck. It actually made me cry haha. Yesterday I bought new clipper blades at 5.30pm and they arrived at 9.05am this morning. That is customer service right there. Thanks guys and girls... you truly rock!!!

   Really some of the best customer service I've had in a long time. I was a going to place my order on line, but like a lot of software Northern Ireland wasn't an option. I dropped them a FB message at about 17.11 on a Friday, I honestly didn't expect a response. They did respond and were so helpful. Even though they were closed they offered to call me and take a telephone order. I declined and ask them to call Monday. A very polite lady ( sorry forgot her name) called me Monday as promised, again couldn't have been more helpful arranging payment and delivery. My dirt trapper mats arrived on Wednesday as the day they told me they would arrive, and even though on the call they had made sure I knew I was buying c grade items, the mats are great and do the job they were purchased for.

   Do not use this company! I ordered an electric grooming table, comb attachments and other products from this company. They did not send the products when the said they would, a week later after the products were meant to arrive they send a deliver day. The products were not delivered even though someone took time off work all day to wait in for them. When they did arrive, did being the grooming table only, the table is damaged, the packaging was damaged. The cable for the table was shawn so it can not even be used. The table top it's self is bashed and damaged. And well, I am still waiting for the things I ordered from them. Would never order from them again

   Bad experience. I ordered 10 of their low grade mats which I have done before at a cost of £90. They come with some marks on them usually but half of these were unusable. I rang to ask for them to be changed and was advised that they mix the very badly soiled in with the not so bad and if I wanted to return them I would have to pay the carriage. As you can imagine cleverly the cost was more than the price of the mats. They advised people buy them to line vans and pet cages but they weren't even fit for this. The 'badly soiled mats' were covered in white paint, had ends ripped off so where not even whole mats, were soaking wet and some had rips and tears in the middle so were completely unusable. I have now disposed of them and will not be using this company again. I would recommend they change their website to state the condition clearly of the products being sold as these were only fit for the rubbish tip.

   I recently began dealing with Splendid pets and there has been a delay with my orders. I have not appreciated the customer care experience, it could be because I am not based in the UK. I would encourage them to improve their customer care services , especially with offshore clients.

   I have been dealing with Splendid nearly three years now. They are professional and sell good quality products. They give you that personal touch that other grooming wholesalers just lack. They are extremely helpful. Ask for Maya, she's a star!
