   I needed a double catflap installed in an awkward spot and with a tunnel through a thick wall, and wasn't having much luck finding anyone who'd consider it. When I called Phil he gave me so much clear information that showed that he really knew what he was talking about and made me trust him right away. I sent him some measurements and he confirmed it was all good, along with the price, so we booked a time. He came over and installed it in record time even on a blazing-hot day, and we couldn't be happier with the result - thanks very much Phil! (And sorry for the late review) We got the steps on the outside separately.

   We’ve had phil install a catflap in both our properties. He’s done a great job on installing them both into glass doors. He was really flexible and did an extra job of swapping glass panels for the catflap. Really easy communication and Phil can even provide the cat flaps so minimal work for us!    Microchip cat flap through 11inch wall - completely professionally done with a structural engineer’s attention to detail (the fitters background I discovered). All aspects of the job had considered solutions borne of experience and all the right tools for the job with a friendly and professional manner. No bodging or cowboy antics.    Phil attended our house last week to install a Sureflap microchip cat flap through an external wall. From the very first phone call with him he provided a detailed breakdown of the costs involved and followed it up with a detailed quote via email, including suggestions on how to reduce the overall cost. When he installed the cat flap he cored a hole through the wall from the outside, which was a very neat and tidy way of doing the work and left no damage to the external brickwork. Overall we were really happy with the work done by Phil and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to our friends, family or anyone else.
