   Extremely Dissatisfied with Legal Representation I am utterly dismayed by the abysmal services provided by DIPAK ACHARYA & CO SOLICITORS and their firm. Our experience with them in handling our claim has been nothing short of a nightmare. Our case was dismissed by the judge due to the blatant incompetence and negligence exhibited by DIPAK ACHARYA & CO SOLICITORS. They failed to fulfill court order obligations, specifically by not responding to the defendant's statement. As a result, crucial evidence could not be presented, leading to the assertion of a counterclaim of £741.20 against us. It's disheartening to note that we were compelled to pay this amount. The judge, in their sympathy towards our situation, expected additional submissions from DIPAK ACHARYA & CO SOLICITORS. The failure to have another member of the office assume responsibility for outstanding obligations outlined in the court order is inexcusable and ultimately led to the dismissal of our case. Adding insult to injury, DIPAK ACHARYA & CO SOLICITORS contradicted their pro bono representation claim with a £700 payment made by my father. This payment, intended to cover the £185 fee for Claim 1, resulted in an outstanding balance of £515 when considering the deducted amount. We demand answers and accountability from DIPAK ACHARYA & CO SOLICITORS Why did DIPAK ACHARYA & CO SOLICITORS fail to meet court order obligations and respond to the defendant's statement, leading to the dismissal of our claim? What is the explanation for the contradictory pro bono representation claim, and we insist on a refund of the £515 paid to DIPAK ACHARYA & CO SOLICITORS, in addition to the court fees, given the failure to fulfill their obligation. We expect a formal acknowledgment and a thorough investigation of this complaint, accompanied by an action plan outlining how our relationship will be reinforced moving forward. The services provided by DIPAK ACHARYA & CO SOLICITORS have resulted in substantial financial losses, not to mention the time and effort invested in gathering evidence over the past couple of years. Our total loss, inclusive of the payment made to the defendant, exceeds £6000. In summary, if you value your time, money, and sanity, I strongly advise against seeking legal representation from DIPAK ACHARYA & CO SOLICITORS. Their incompetence has cost us dearly, and I wouldn't wish this experience on my worst enemy.

   Poor customer service. I wouldn’t recommend any work from this company just ripping off my money without fulfilling my application. They promised me doing my job properly and finally come out with some silly excuses. Time consuming massively but no care of customer care and support. I would never recommend this company for anyone needs professional service and support.

   Very bad experience He took a lot of money of me. My visa case was pending for ten years due to this solicitor ,husband and wife rude and abnoxiuos, Poor quality, poor value, not professional, This is the worst solicitor in Leicester! I would give it 0 stars.

   Avoid. One man band solicitor, very rude when dealing with customers and does not appreciate urgency and importance of task at hand. Disappeared on holiday without any further notice putting my completion at risk. Better to pay a little more and hire a proper firm to do your legal dealings.
