   We had my daughter’s birthday party here and the new karaoke room was fabulous. The neon lights and props set the mood for a group of supposedly scared to sing children as within 2 minutes they were in their element and singing their hearts out. The member of staff Louisa was absolutely brilliant and very attentive which made the party run more smoothly. Can’t thank her enough for making my daughter’s birthday a memorable one. Only thing I would say is the place seemed a little busy and there didn’t seem to be much staff but overall a good experience.

   My son had his 10th birthday party here this morning. Was a brilliant party. Every single member of staff went above and beyond. All the children had a fantastic time. Highly recommend.

   I have ordered a cocktail drink which was firstly they didn’t have so I had to change my order to a cosmopolitan then it took a while for them to make 1 drink when there was 3 staff behind the bar. I received my drink which was half empty to begin with and a half melted ice in there,it just looked like they gave me somebody else’s drink ,so I went back and asked them to make it again which then they did while they took nearly 10minutes to make with 3 staff members while they were laughing and looking back at me.In the end I just didn’t drink it and wasted my £6.75. The service is poor and slow it didn’t use to be like this. Other than that we had no issues playing pool or any other activities they offer.

   Had my sons party there today. The staff were so helpful and attentive. All the floor staff interacted with the kids made balloon animals and played games, the manager was helpful and welcoming, the bar/check in staff were quick and helpful too. Prices were very reasonable and the kids all had pizza and chips and unlimited squash. We had a great time and highly recommend ten pin. Thank you for making my boy's party so fun!

   Fabulous day out for all ages. Best venues for Birthdays and other occasion to have a wonderful body stretch while waiting for your turn. The down side in here is the parking always fall. The area should improve the spaces for loads of parking.

   As well as bowling, there is a small arcade for the kids to play around after the boredom sets in, a bar for the adults and a couple of pool tables. This place is alright. Nothing special to be honest. We arrived just after midday and it was rammed full. On top of that, there wasn’t nearly enough people working at the time. We had long waiting times. The food is pretty standard. It didn’t come all at once which makes me believe they don’t have the proper facilities. Not bad, but also not the best.

   Have visited a few times with my family and to take the children to kids parties. Always have lots of fun. Great bar area and small arcade for the kids to play in. The bowling is excellent. Staff could be a little more friendly and helpful but definitely worth a visit

   I am a married mother of 2 children in a wheelchair. I turned up bowling tonight with my family. We were given a lane I just couldn't get my wheelchair through so a lovely lady working there offered me another lane. Thank you so much to her nothing was to much trouble. Very happy we had a great time.

   Not a bad bowling place, it is a bit pricey for what it is, considering it is a bit run down but you will still have a good time. There is a good selection of different sized bowling balls and all the machinery and bowling equipment works as it should. The staff are not good though; they are miserable and completely inattentive. There is a large arcade as you walk in with a good selection of games and machines but it was very messy when we was in there with food all over the floor and sticky controls which wasn’t nice to touch. The Ten Pin brand seems to have not had any investment for a long time, if you want to make a special evening of a bowling trip I would recommend finding a Hollywood bowl to get a better experience.
