We always stop at this hotel when we are in the Halifax area because we get such good service from Alisa and the rest of her team. They are a credit to Premier Inn. Paul and Pam Webb

Stayed here plenty of times and never disappoints. Clean rooms, love the ground floor. Lorrain on front desk was very helpful and kind. some rooms could do with refurbishing but you get what you get in Premier Inn. See you soon

Clean, welcoming hotel.. perfect location for our trip.. had evening meal and breakfast in the Brewers Fayre, opted for the meal deal and it was good value & the food was good. Free parking & only about ten minutes in a taxi into Halifax.

We thought we were looking at small town houses when parked up! Once inside, the room was delightful. The usual Premier Inn bedroom, clean and comfortable. The windows were opened so it was nice and cool, a thoughtful touch by staff! The shower was a walkin type so neither of us had the usual trouble of climbing into the bathtub to have a shower. We were right on the canal with a canal boat parked up. After unpacking, we had a lovely walk along the canal which was so clean and the people were so friendly. We will definitely come here again and tell our friends about. Once we closed the windows we heard nothing at all, either inside the hotel or out on the busy road. Best sleep we've ever had in a Premier Inn!

I've stayed in many Premier Inns but this one is slightly different, being a converted mill. I had a downstairs room with a front door that opened to the car park and canal, which made it feel more like a chalet and less like a standard hotel room. You would have to keep an eye on younger children because the canal is at the edge of the car park. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the Brewers Fair next door was pleasant and had a children's play area. I only stayed one night for work, so didn't get to know the area but walked along the canal and enjoyed the views of the valley. I would happily stay there again.

The location itself was not the best due to the road works but in terms of the hotel the atmosphere was very nice. There were ducks around like lovely nature. the heater in our room wasn’t working which is a shame The reception staff was the most helpful we have had, especially the girl with glasses I think her name was Lauren or something similar to that. She was absolutely brilliant, friendly. asked us about our stay and had a lovely conversation, usually receptionists just ignores us and checks us in we love the fact she asked us about our day We will definitely come back but we hope that by that time thenroadworks have finished

It is a really nice place with good staff and nice, clean rooms. However, there is one fact that I must disclose that brings my opinion of this place right down! It's located in Halifax... This isn't very good as Halifax is an awful place. I tried talking to staff about relocating to a proper location like South Hampton but they brushed me off. Had it been located anywhere else (except Scunthorpe obviously) then it would be 5 stars, but it's awful, terrible location makes it lose points.

Very friendly, helpful. Let me change the dates free of charge when I had covid. Rooms get cleaned, beds made with fresh towels everyday. Housekeeper even gifted me a box of chocolates! That was a pleasant surprise. Hebble trail is just next to the hotel. Only problem is that the free wifi is very weak.
