Company has rebranded from RJF furniture so they don't have to deale with all the faulty furniture they sell. They won't help me at all saying they have nothing to do with RJF even thought their using the same profile om fb just with a different brand name. I have attached a screen shot of the chat from when I bought it from RJF
Absolutely disgusted! Had a phone call yesterday afternoon to say can we deliver your sofa tomorrow! Sat 10th August. Yes no problem. Delivery team will call in morning to give you a time frame! 14.17 still heard nothing, no email, no call no text! And old sofa smashed up and placed outside! So now have nothing to sit on a baby that is having to nap on the floor! And called over 20 times no answer! Messaged 3 times no reply! If I hadn’t already paid online I would well and truely be keeping my money!! So guess myself and family have nothing to sit on all weekend! Thanks furniture network! Won’t be using you again and also won’t be telling family members about this company such a poor experience!
